I was born an artist. Art has allowed me to speak, when no other voice could find the words.  As a small child I made pictures - they were truly  illustrations  of life - before I could talk. Over the years I have used pencils, pens, crayons, pastels, oils, acrylics, watercolors, and camera. A camera is an artistic tool, no less than a paintbrush put to canvas ;  photographs are another vocabulary - unique to the shutter and the artist operating it .... a language to create visual prose... to illustrate and replay life. It is a privileged responsibility when someone entrusts me to be their photographer.
